| ACE Trained USA Junior Hockey Team Wins Gold |

January 6, 2010 On behalf of Lions Peak Capital Corporation we would like to congratulate the USA Junior teams on their gold metals in the IIHF World Junior Championship and the World Under-17 Challenge. World U-17 Hockey Challenge For the first time since 2002, the USA National U-17 Team won Gold at the World Championships beating Canada in a tight 2-1 game. The USA National U-17 Team was selected by USAH as the beta test group for the new Hockey Intelligym developed by Applied Cognitive Engineering Ltd. [“ACE”]. We are very proud of this achievement by the US National Development Program and ACE. Head Coach Ron Rolston has worked closely with ACE over the last number of months on the development and calibration of the Hockey Intelligym. This success is indicative of the quality and excellence of the USA Hockey Development Program in which ACE is playing a role. We look forward to formal release of the Hockey Intelligym later in 2010. IIHF World Junior ChampionshipIn an exciting hard-fought 6-5 overtime victory, the US Junior Team defeated Canada in the 2010 IIHF Junior Championship, ending Canada’s 5 year run of Gold metals.
