2008 Canadian Telecom Summit, June 16-18, 2008, Toronto, Canada Lions Peak was a proud sponsor of the Israeli delegation at the 2008 Canadian Telecom Summit. Referred to as the "Silicon Wadi" , a delegation of eight Israeli telecommunications companies attended the Summit. Other sponsors included Yahoo! Canada, Gowlings Lafleur Henderson, LLP, Israel Economic Mission and the Canada Israel Chamber of Commerce. The Canadian Telecom Summit is the leading annual event for "insiders" in Canadian Telecom. Mark Goldberg, Lions Peak's local telecom advisor, is one of the events main organizers.
