Aran Kwinta, Internal Counsel

Aran brings to Lions Peak extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law.  Aran has significant transaction experience with Canadian and US venture capital and private equity entities. 

Aran received his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1982 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1984.
