Zohar Gendler was the CEO of the Technion Entrepreneurial Incubator Co. Ltd. [“the Technion
Incubator”] Zohar brings Lions Peak a wide-ranging experience in identifying new technologies
and establishing, directing, and creating value to start-up companies. He has extensive experience with raising funds
to early stage companies and mentoring entrepreneurial subsidiaries and affiliates. Prior to his appointment as the
CEO of the Techninon Incubator in 1995, he served as the incubator's vice president for business development for
two years.

Zohar was the business manager of TAN Ceramic Ltd. He also held a post at Israel's Ministry of Defense. He has
been a member of the Technion's Patent Committee from 1998 to 2006.

Zohar earned his master's of science degree in material engineering (laser surface treatment), a bachelor's degree
in physics, and a certificate in business management from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
