Scott L. Woodrow, CA – General Partner, Director and co-founder of Lions Peak Capital Corporation

Scott has been in advisory positions to private equity and development stage companies for over 15 years and has extensive experience providing both financial and operational services to early stage companies in North America and Israel.

Prior to establishing Lions Peak Capital Corporation together with Leo Grunwald, Scott had his own consulting practice with venture stage clients from Canada and Israel. Scott was a member of Ernst & Young’s Venture Group providing professional services to both venture firms and their portfolio companies for over 8 years.

Lions Peak Capital Corporation was formed as an investment firm with the view that its portfolio companies are “clients” requiring operating, strategic and financial advice to accompany its investment.

Scott has a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant. 

Scott is actively involved in advisory and planning groups for the Israel's Economic Mission for Canada. 

Scott is a Director of P-Cure Ltd.
